Recycling bins in halls and rooms and motion sensors to automatically turn off bathroom lights. Surrounding area offered many shopping and dining options. Very walkable neighborhood. Easy access to bus transportation to downtown Denver. Hotel is short drive to RTD Central Park station and parking lot. Inexpensive rail transportation and inexpensive day parking. Would stay at hotel again without hesitation on next visit to Denver.

Service was poor. We asked to service the bathtub drainage issue and exhaust fan broken issue. They fixed only drainage issue and never fixed broken fan in our 3 nights stay.

Loved this hotel. This hotel has 1 bar and 1 restaurant so you don’t really have to leave the hotel unless you just want to. The staff was very helpful and nice and the property and room was clean. I have no complaints
