Excellent location. Surprisingly quiet considering that it's close to everything. Great room, comfortable bed but room was on the smaller side (as expected in Europe). Shower was good with a rain shower head. Clean room, nice service. Stayed over new year's and housekeeping gave us chocolates and prosecco for new year's eve, which was a nice touch. No iron in the room, you have to access it in another floor, which was a little inconvenient. Lots of shopping and restaurant options around. About 5 minutes walk to Stephansplatz. Close to metro stations, very convenient. Overall, excellent hotel and would stay again.

Had an amazing stay and we’re surprised to receive a free city guided walking tour voucher from The hotel. The guide was excellent . Did really enjoy every minute of it.
