The room we stayed in was dated, but clean. The bathroom is super tiny, but serves its purpose. It was quiet and uneventful, which I prefer. Staff was friendly, but hard to locate as they were not on sight, but showed up within minutes of calling.

If you need a place to stay, you can’t beat the price. This is economy, no-frills. Good location, just far enough from all the traffic but still accessible to downtown Bar Harbor and the Acadia national park entrances

He scared me when we drove up the rooms need a lot of work, but on the good note, I felt very safe and it was extremely clean although it looks to be filled in the 50s and probably not remodeled since then. The beds are very hard, but overall definitely beats the $600 rims right down the street for a one or two night stay!
