We were unhappy with Reef, but all other options were very satisfying. If you are a big fan of snorkeling - I suggest searching for another hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the pool or on a calm beach - this is for you.

This was my second visit. Its a beautiful property and it would be 5 stars in my book if it had smart tvs and wifi in the rooms. Really annoyed about the wifi...and the wifi in the reception wasnt all that great either. The in room phones are also a bit ancient. View cant be beat though

initial thoughts when we arrived were the good. And greeted pleasantly. But it’s not a 4 star it’s more a 3 star hotel. Tired rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. inclusive option is not great either food is edible but that’s about it. We did eat outside the hotel the time we were there. We felt we had to leave the room by 12 Noon as the bell boy insisted he take our luggage and after 12 noon we would be charged for overstaying our welcome. won’t be going back unfortunately.

Pool- und Strandbereiche sind sauber, mit ausreichend Liegen. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kleinere Reparaturen wĂ€ren nötig. Zimmer/Laundry: TĂ€gliche Reinigung, WasserauffĂŒllung und freundliches Housekeeping. Der WĂ€scheservice war schnell, sauber und empfehlenswert. Essen & GetrĂ€nke: Das Essen war durchschnittlich und wiederholte sich oft. Die Ă  la carte Restaurants waren enttĂ€uschend: unaufmerksames Personal und schneller Service ohne Ambiente. Die GetrĂ€nkeauswahl könnte verbessert werden, besonders Cocktails. Animation & Rezeption: Das Animations-Team war international, aber nur wenige kĂŒmmerten sich um alle GĂ€ste. Besonders positiv: David und Bibo. Die Rezeption war professionell, besonders Annika war sehr hilfsbereit. Extras wie BademĂ€ntel oder Hygieneartikel gab es nur auf Nachfrage.
