We loved our room and the location couldn’t have been better! The room was spacious and the only very small thing I would ask is there would be a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. It was big enough to fit one. It was just at the end of the busy section so quiet at night. We could walk to everything from there. Loved it!

The two most gracious and friendly front desk ladies of all time—Isabel and Dulce. These two are worth the stay themselves! Location great, quaint and spacious building and room. Wi-Fi was weak, and bathroom floor needed work.

We SO loved our stay. Our room had a view of the Castello dos Mouros AND the palacio national. Unbelievable!! The host is exceptionally friendly and helped us figure out our train to Obidos. The room was spacious and very clean. I hope to come back one day!!

We got an upgraded room and it was fabulous. This hotel is right in the heart of Sintra close to the downtown and one of the attractions (Quinta de regalaria). Entrance is through the side road. No breakfast included though.

A magic place to stay in a special part of the world. Ideal stay in historical centre within easy walking distance. Such a beautiful building with very warm welcome by receptionist and staff.
