The room was great very clean and the large soaking tub was fantastic my only complain is the bed was super soft had a hard time sleeping on it. My wife even complained and she likes a soft bed

Nice large room. Kiosk for check-in easy. Busy casino resort. Resort fees, restaurants way too expensive. Circus next door has a food court but skanky. Best place to eat was a hidden place next door in the basement called Papa What You Cooking- 50 South Virginia Street In The Basement, 50 S Virginia St #18, Reno, NV 89501

The hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean but the door latch lock was broken. The gambling options were way too expensive. The staff was great and Ramseys Kitchen restaurant was amazing

Room was clean. Not enough elevators for the amount of people staying in the hotel. We waited for an elevator anywhere from 10-25 minutes each time we wanted to leave or return to our room.
