The stay was good. The hotel has boutique-style rooms that are art-deco. Smaller but cozy. The staff, restaurants and location were fabulous. Fun place! Good atmosphere!

Nice clean rooms, especially for an older hotel. Loved the classic look to it. Staff super friendly. No fridge/microwave in room unless you ask for it. Walking distance to T mobile center which is why we stayed here. Overall very pleasant for an overnight stay.

I chose this hotel because of how beautiful it looked online with the art deco style, it didn’t disappoint! Absolutely beautiful architecture and I loved the attention to details. All of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the restaurant and speak easy located within the hotel. The vibe of the hotel was very cool. You felt like you were stepping back in time to a jazz club. While part of the hotel's charm is its deep history, it's also one of its weaknesses in terms of functionality and cleanliness. Our room was fairly beat up in terms of the structure itself, cracks in the walls, peeling paint, worn down carpet with lots stains, finicky doors, and mild odours. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating.

While the staff tried their mightiest to keep the mechanicals functioning in an ancient facility it was a challenge to get heat in our room on a 90+ f day, get the wi-fi to accept our codes, but changing to another room fixed that the 2nd day. I’m not sure the musty odor can be overcome. The hotel is in a fairly central area and most everything is within a short Uber ride. The staff were all polite and gracious, but I doubt that I would return to such a derelict facility.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was exemplary, especially during the challenging snowstorm that closed everything down and prevented many of their staff from coming in. They provided food and services as best they could and with a smile.

Overall it was a great stay! The staff were super friendly and polite. The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our room was so spacious! I’ve never stayed in the room with so much room between two queen beds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
