Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the peace & quiet as the hotel is located in a more exclusive part of the city. Easy to take an Uber to the other parts of PVR like the Malecon or Zona Romantica. The Marina offers a selection of shops & restaurants (especially healthy ones) & a Starbucks accessible from the hotel. Proximity to the airport is also a huge plus as traffic can be unpredictable.

The room I stayed in smelled very damp, I was told to turn AC on and the smell would go away. Poor Internet connection. Rooms are in need of newer furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Maids did a great job cleaning the room. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Outside areas very nice and clean. Restaurant food was good. Restaurant staff was pleasant. Room service was good. I like the area right in the Marina where there are many shops and places to eat at. Overall my stay was Pleasant . I would stay here again.

Booked junior suite with garden view, and were very disappointed. When you open a door to the room, you have to climb the stairs to get to living area. Room had a bed, and then two smaller beds on a side without bedsheets or anything. Looked really cheap, outdated and dirty. The Oriental Night buffet was horrible, food was really bad, to be honest. Location is great, I just wish the hotel would upgrade interior facilities, it’s such a. Great location. Staff was great, very welcoming and helpful.

Terrible experience at the hotel. Immediately after we got our room key, we were stuck in an elevator for around 15 minutes in the pitch black. The call button for help did not work. We couldn’t get on the wifi. We had to call home to Canada for a friend to let the hotel front desk know we were stuck in the elevator. Hotel staff rescued us by prying the elevator doors open and helped us climb up a wall 5’ high. Hotel only offered us 10% discount to their all inclusive rate which we turned down. Our room was dirty, 1/3 electricity sockets worked and was super finicky, the couch looked like it belonged in a homeless encampment, the shower handle fell right off every time we touched it, shower drain was clogged and flooded when we showered, super noisy from the other guests. We asked for an upgrade or an alternative room. They didn’t allow us to change rooms. We booked a free shuttle to the beach and was waiting for the shuttle. No shuttle came. Then we asked the front desk and they said shuttle not running today. They failed to mention shuttle would not run when we booked the shuttle the night before.

Bad they charged me 600 pesos upon arrival because my wife was with me even though I specifically said it was a room for two people The booking said two people were allowed per room and a third was 22 dollars roughly 370 pesos not 600 The clerk said in Spanish he has to pay a fuerzas that means forcefully pay DO NOT RECOMEND ! There is plenty other better options.
