Stayed 2 nights for Portland. Location was convenient, close to airport and harbor. Visted Fort Williams Park and Cape Elizabeth were nearby. The hotel is run down a bit. Beds were okay. Just average -recommend for a short stay. Breakfast was also just okay, cereal and bagels, basics.

Upon arrival, the person at the desk was not very welcoming, but not rude. The place smelled like someone used their grandmas perfume to cover up the un-clean smell. 2 TVs in the room, one on the wall with an apparent replacement TV sitting on the cabinet in front...neither worked. 2-sets of towels for 4 guests....the place was just tired and jankety! should have been a $69/night rate. Stay away unless you're a chain smoker and looking for a fix in the parking lot.

This was an okay stay for the night. The front desk worker was very nice and helpful. The hotel room itself though had quite a few stains/hair/mold, the bathtub didn’t drain well, the fridge smelled terrible, it was very easy to hear other people, and the room in total needed a lot of improvements. In total though, it was an okay place to stay for just a night, but it wasn’t worth the price paid.

It smelled like old man cologne was dumped by the gallon on the carpets, floors were rotted and needing replacement ,bathroom looked like it was being revamped and someone quit midway..more like.a.homeless.shelter than a hotel. Our room was not all that clean. Tub drain didn’t drain unless you held lever down until it was thouroughly drained and bar in shower came off. Our room wasn’t cleaned at the end of day. Overall wasnt pleased
