All the staff are friendly, except for the manager or supervisor – a man who sits at the end of the counter and makes you feel unwelcome. The room cleaners are excellent, and the swimming pool and food are both fantastic.

Quiet Comfortable Hotel

I chose to get the airport pick up and drop off which was very efficient, the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgable. I also had laundry done there and no issues with that and fairly reasonably priced. Room was clean and spacious and was cleaned everyday. Shower was amazing - water pressure decent and easy to use. Great sunset from the rooftop pool which was also a nice area to sit and relax in. Breakfast buffet was fairly basic similar to other hotels I’ve stayed at in SE Asia however main dinner menu had a good selection and the food I had there was good. The hotel is within a short distance of Paxutay Monument and the indoor market. Lots of ATMs about and a great cafe down the road. The only negative I could say is some parts of the hotel could do with a refurbishment but this didn’t affect my stay.
