Fantastic staff; Fantastic locations, and beyond expectations comfort and room. I cannot say enough about every aspect of this hotel. Every staff member you meet greets you with a smile and willingness to assist. The rooms are palatial.

Finishes are excellent and the property looks great and has a great location. Parking is valet only but convenient. 4th floor had no working ice machines and the instructions in 1 place as to location were wrong (said opposite 401) Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Weird arrangement with no seating in front of the one TV

Beautiful lobby and dining areas. Rooms are large and spacious- albeit slightly outdated. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue, shower/tub was great and no hot water issues for me. Valet and housekeeping were awesome. No issues overall

I booked two queen bedroom. Checking in they downgraded me to two double beds instead. They didn't give me a discount. In fact, she tried to tell me it was actually an upgrade because I was on a higher level. Yeah right, I couldn't care less what level, I wanted queen bed not double. I won't book with this hotel again, bad customer service.
