Excellent B&B with Fantastic Location

Stayed in room 8. It was a great B&B, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. They provide parking at a nearby parking lot, which is amazing because parking in Newport is expensive and hard to find. The best part was the location. Such a short walk to Bowman's Wharf and the rest of Thames street.

Our stay here was great!! Serena was so accommodating and called ahead to ask about arrival time + dietary restrictions for daily made breakfasts which were incredible, and included in cost of stay. Everything was great. The Innkeeper was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Freshly made every morning. I didn’t find the bed very comfortable, but that was a personal opinion. The location was fantastic. All in all, it is a great place to stay.

Our new 'must stay' spot

This is our new must stay for Newport. Very fun and friendly service, easy check in. Great view from the rooftop, a wonderful spot to have breakfast and a delicious way to start a day of Newport sightseeing. Parking is off site yes but an easy walk near places you want to walk by anyway. Special thanks to Serena and also Toni for their hospitality. Looking forward to our next stay!
