Love the staff and accomodations!

I like this hotel because the staff in reservations are so friendly and accommodating. I like the rooms because this location is relatively quiet. Also during the week the prices are reasonable whereas on the weekend you will have to pay a higher premium.

Our keys went the day after we arrived, it was very clean in the room and was cleaned while we where there, there was bags left out all day while cleaning rooms, there was rubber gloves on the sidewalk never cleaned up, There is no elevators which was specified but it does have outside doors which was not specified It is an okay hotel but found out it was out of the way for where we were going

My mom is almost 80 years old and we arrived earlier thinking to do an early check in and they said to wait 30 minutes and they could do it, then when time was up they said we had to pay $50 that we decided not to do it and asked to use the bathroom, they said they don’t have any outside the rooms… we left and came after 2pm. The room was not good, the toilet did not work well, the bathtub was high for my mom, the air conditioner or the refrigerator were making noise all night and the air did not cool…the breakfast was regular. I won’t stay again.

One problem I had was checking in and didn’t had my physical card with me that I used to make payment online. I logged into my account and showed her the image of the card with my name and she said she had to cancel the reservation since I didn’t had the card. What’s messed up I travelled 6 hours to get here this was 1:30am and for her to look at me and say she can’t help she had to cancel was heartless. I then ask if I could pay with another card and she said yes. Wat if I didn’t ask ? It’s her job to give me options other than cancel my reservation. If that’s yall policy send an email after booking so others can know. But the please looks clean but walking bear foot my feet were black so it needs mopping

Price and customer reviews led me to try this property. It is small and not fancy but we felt safe and comfortable. We slept well, had everything we needed, and enjoyed a small breakfast. We were there for a basketball tournament and the motel was full of families there for different travel sports.

Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Made the stay painless. Outside hall did smell strongly of urine my entire stay. Otherwise room was very clean.

Bad customer service

The room was not very clean. We arrived on Friday. The room had no remote for the television. They finally brought us one but the television did not work. The manager said they couldn’t move us to another room because they had none available. I counted 20 empty rooms. We spent three days with no television and a child with ADHD.

Front desk employee was friendly, beds are comfortable and clean, room is clean, i would just updated the bathtub and remove carpet from room..(personally, there shouldn't be carpets in hotels room anymore)
