Front desk staff was excellent., room very clean, very walkable area . Close to train station if that's important to you . Staff in the breakfast area was incredibly rude. Hotel with great location and nice staff. Rooms are a bit outdated and need upgrading - but room was still very clean. Breakfast was nice - specially enjoyed the local products and warm, fresh bread.

it was located in the town of Ravenna, where we could walk to the downtown area. It was an amazing town and offered numerous places to eat. Very enjoyable. Located right next to the train station and short bus ride to the pier for the cruise.

The property is ideally located in Ravenna with a great staff. But it is a bit worn and is overdue for an upgrade/update inside and out. Rooms are a good size so when upgrade is done- property would be stellar.

Good, not great, hotel near the train station

Hotel is quite comfortable and near the train station and dining options. Breakfast was disappointing, not many options and small room so it can get crowded. Worst part is there are no parking spot from the hotel, so you need to count on having an available space on the paid parking in front of it. Because of this, i could not leave my car parked during the time i wasn't in the hotel (went on a cruise that left from Ravenna Port) even though the hotel staff confirmed by email (twice) that they would be able to arrange that. Good hotel overall, but its pricey for what it delivers especially if it is just a stop to go to the cruise port.

I booked this property due to proximity to transport links which was very good. I was dissapliinted that i wasnt able to check in on arrival and told that it would tale some time. I accept that we were early but told that our room wouldnt be available until later than stated on the site. It was suggested we leave luggage and go out for the day (all well and good but you habe to then take all valuables with you). After a nice day and evening wandering Ravenna and enjoying donner, we returned to check in and head to our room. It was late at night by this point and the air con had been switched off and when i went to complain i was told that maintenance had gone home and i should open the window. I went back to my room which was in the late 20s by this point and let in the outsode warm air. A very uncomfortable night sleep made worse by the fact that the black out blind wouldnt close. The morning the temprature in the room was 27 degrees c. Very uncomfortable night stay. Unfortunatly, expedia were not able to help me as the hotel would not return their calls.
