Stay not up to par

We were placed in a 1 bedroom suite far back on the property. We understand the climate is very warm at this time Of year but it didn’t appear that this area was being maintained like the areas toward the front of The property. There were bird droppings on the walkway outside our entryway which we had to navigate to avoid before entering our room. We reported it several times but it wasn’t addressed at least to our satisfaction. We have stayed at this property many times and are usually very pleased. The staff is great.

Beautiful property, very quiet, the staff was amazing, room service was amazing. Food was amazing. Portions were huge. The gym was perfection. I loved everything about it.
