Looking at other hotels in the area. This one was where i needed it . Was skeptic to the price but had exceeded my expectations. They were super friendly. Very helpful. The breakfast was a breakfast. Its what i thought it would be however everything was fresh and the coffee all day was great.

People were loud all night in the hallway being drunk and screaming. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold in the shower. Our room had a smell to it that we could not explain

First room lock was broke second room sheets were filthy and flooring in entire second floor was pulling up. We left and now are hoping to get a refund. We will be driving further to get a better room at 2 am

The stay was okay over all but needed property updating. The carpet in the hallway was filthy and you could smell the restruant through the first floor. Also, the walls were VERY thin. As a single female traveler I will not be staying here again.

The room was updated partially. Some of the items that weren’t updated were in bad shape. The grounds surrounding the hotel were very bad. We brought our pet dog and it was very rough trying to find a place to walk him even though it was a pet friendly hotel.

Fairborn area failure
I had to request another room due to a migration of fruit flies. After the transition, the same issue persisted. I had to set out several traps, but that wasn't enough!
Housekeeping has to be requested upon which they do not service your room, but they only provide new towels and wash cloths.
Additionally, there was the lingering smell of Marijuana in the hallway that seeped into my room on the 1st floor.
I strongly recommend that you bring your own cleaning supplies!

No workers at the Inn
Didn’t stay! After a long travel day we arrived at 7pm and there was not a soul around, front door was unlocked with a sign directing us to dial 0 on the lobby phone, which I did, the phone at the empty desk rang announcing “call from lobby”. No humans arrived. Being understanding we waited, my phone was dead so used their juice to locate another place to stay. I booked 2 nights and they got 0. Dodged a bullet with that one.
