We did not enjoy our stay here. The sheets were stained and almost threadbare, the room smelt like an ashtray and the mattress was lumpy. A coat of paint and some newish furniture pieces does not make it renovated when everything else in room is in dire need of replacement. We didn’t even bother with the breakfast it looked revolting. The coffee out of the machine was okay though.

This was a very decent place. Has a gym, pool and laundry room--nice perks. You also get breakfast included. It is located in a very quiet area with easy access to whichever direction you want to go. Staff very nice and helpful.

Good location

Was a 3 night stopover in Fairbanks before we travelled further to the interior of Alaska. Hôtel was in a great location with Pioneer park just a short walk away, The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment at the moment and looks a bit tired. Noise wasn’t an issue though and breakfast although basic was quite clearly hot and freshly prepped Oh and the local family that offer the taxi service to this Hotel are just brilliant. Golden Heart I think was the taxi name.

Nice Staff Facility Needs Work

We stayed with our family for a soccer tournament. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Our first room had mold all over the curtains so they had us move rooms, which was a hassle with 3 kids including a 4 month old. Our tub drain was clogged or something and drained incredibly slow, there was still some small amounts of mold on the curtain in our second room. One pillow case when we arrived had blood stains on it. Our friends room next to ours was missing the smoke detector. Overall, this hotel wasn’t worth the price.

A nice location, off busy roads. Undergoing renovation mid May 2025 when we stayed 3 nights. Very noisy window air unit made us complain the next morning, but they were very accommodating and gave us a different, upgraded room. Thank you. Staff seemed short, but all were very friendly.
