Literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.. in ALL my holidays. And the main reason was the disgusting service, particularly from the miserable male at reception
When we first checked in and went to our room, I noticed the balcony was a French balcony, and when I booked I recall booking a big balcony with a seating area. It wasn’t a big deal to me, but I wanted to question it in case they put us in the wrong room (this has happened before which is fine and is always an easy fix). When I asked the man, I immediately got the most rude and aggressive tone from him. He kept cutting off what I was saying, and repeatedly said ‘you got the room YOU BOOKED!’. At one point when I tried explaining that the website I booked from showed this particular balcony, he put his hands on his head as if I had given him the worst headache. In the end I didn’t want to argue because he was aggressive and I said don’t worry about the balcony it’s fine. But can you please fix the broken fan in the bathroom

Later on I went to ask for a second card to enter the room. We are two people and usually hotels provide two cards. The man was quick to say ‘you don’t need two cards’. I said I want two cards in case I go a seperate way to my husband and we want to leave the aircon running because it’s so hot up there.
