Looks a little rough; great service & beach access

Because the hotel is right on the beach, the salt air has definitely had an effect on the room. Other than the natural damage of constant humidity and salt air, the room was clean and spacious. The toilet was clogged when we arrived, but the staff was quick to send someone to fix it and we didn't have issues after that. The beach access was right across the street and so convenient for our party.

Worst Hotel

Totally false advertisement on website upon arrival there was construction all around the hotel. Elevators were not working we had a few things for our stay we had to switched rooms. I had pay for partial view were we literally on the back of the hotel no view at all. Card reader for the room was hassle to.open at all times we had to push the door so hard in order to get it. There was trash all over the parking lot. Will never ever stayed there again .

Do Not Stay Here

Hotel itself was horrible and nasty. The room’s walls, lamps and ceilings were overwhelming filled with rust and damage. The front doors of the rooms were eroded badly. 3 other couples were trying to get their money back along wit us. Roaches,roaches… The front desk is horrible refused to refund . All they wanted to do was give us another room. He hotel is really old and looks like it was never kept up. Do not stay here. I wish I had read the reviews first. Hotels.com really needs to take this site down. False advertisement big time

Our room had no blankets on the bed, stains on the sheets, our bathroom was missing the faucet on the bath tub. They did change our room. Room was very run down and trash everywhere outside and around pool. Great location though across from beach.

Warning:BEDBUGS

The hotel had “BEDBUGS” I booked for 2 nights left after 1 night . They charge $15 a night parking FEE they charged me extra $20 because I checked in one hour early. After telling them there was bedbugs and showing evidence they refused to refund any money . WARNING: don’t waste your money on this hotel no matter the cost . Bedbugs are hitchhikers and you’ll take them home with you..

I paid for ocean view.Every room is an ocean view or you can look at that big construction is right out in front with a big green Tacky Tarp. Decided to take my grandson's . When we seen the pool, it was green. And it wasn't the tiles . I seen the algae grown around the swimming pool. What you read about these rooms. They do not match the room. The hotels when you get there.
