The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops right outside your door. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located conveniently close to public transportation to take you anywhere you want to go in the City. My daughter and I had an excellent experience.

Le pegaron a mi camioneta en el estacionamiento

Ya nos hemos quedado en el hotel y la estancia habia sido placentera, pero en esta ocasión, fuerom varios invonvenientes, como olvidaron llenar los frascos de shampoo, tambien pasamos muy mala noche la habitacion #4 es muy caliente, el ventilador no es potente y en el estacionamiento al tener cupo lleno no cuidan los coches, vimos como al maniobrar un auto el chavo le pego al bote de la basura eran las pasadas 6 am cuando salimos del hotel y notamos al llegar a casa que la camioneta tiene un rayon que son de la pintura amarrila de los postes del hotel, esta vez si fue pesima experiencia. (Quiero subir la foto pero la app no me permite)

Habitacion recien remodelada y por lo mismo muy bonita y comoda. El personal amable en todo momento y muy servicial. La zona es muy bonita y hay muchisimos cafes y restaurantes por la zona. Y lo unico que urge es que conecten el aire acondicinado de las habitaciones.

Buena ubicación, atención amable y disponible todo el tiempo. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Pero hay mucho ruido todo el tiempo, por lo que es difícil descansar en la noche; además el agua se sale de la regadera.
