We chose this place because there were very few options available at an affordable rate at the dates we chose and because it seemed to be reasonably close to Tivoli and the main station. However, it's at a pretty bad place where it'll take you 10-15 minutes to walk the main station or across the rails where there is restaurants to be found.
On arriving, we had to wait 30 minutes just to check in, perhaps there was a temporary staffing issue but regardless, it was a very bad experience. The rooms lives up to the 'Cabin' word and it's something you would expect on a boat. They're incredibly small, not very comfortable and the TV wasn't usable. The one redeeming factor was the breakfast which was was quite alright, lots of choices and the breakfast hall was properly sized for the many guests staying there.
