Good location for exploring London. Budget friendly

Convenient location, short walking distance from Canary Wharf with good connections around London. Hotel does have a slightly worn out feel, but the room is clean and covers all the basics so I can't really complain.

Perfect stay, cannot fault it. Our room was absolutely huge with all the amenities you could ask for. Lovely view too. Parking is really easy and convenient and I think for central London it’s great value. We always stay in Canary Wharf but first time at this hotel and we have already booked to return in a couple of months.

Was clearly a top hotel in its day but it’s showing its age. Still fine though

Was easy to find, brilliant location. The corridors inside are a little bit of a maze, however we got a free upgrade so the room was absolutely wonderful! Very spacious and appreciated the fan in the room to help cool us down.

Service at the front desk was horrendous, the guy who we saw was very unhappy, we couldn’t hear beach other and he never smiled once

They have more rooms / guests than their breakfast lounge could accommodate. Therefore there are often long queues in front of the breakfast lounge and guests waiting in the queue for long time. Besides

Nicely located, great value for the room. Would definitely stay again.

First impression was a beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. Bar area looked great offering cocktails. Lovely foyer/reception area. Room was clean and had all we needed overlooking the river. Bathroom a bit tired, wire hanging below bath panel. Door very worn. Difficult to get shower temp right - either scalding hot or cold! Howver overall our stay was great and i would return and also recommend.

Check in was poor. Couldn’t hear what the staff member was saying because of the big plastic screens. The kettle in the room was huge and you can fill it in the sink. The shower set off the smoke alarm which is poor design. Not enough plugs in the room. You can’t charge anything practically

The hotel needs a serious refurbishment, we booked for an executive room and it was not worth the additional cost. Bathroom was dirty and tired and the bedroom was just as poor, thread bear carpets and damaged furnishings. There is no air conditioning and the windows wouldnt open, avoid if you can.

Naveen, the front desk person is so kind and professional. The rooms are very clean, and quiet. Great location and easy to get around

Love this hotel, amazing value for money, clean, comfortable and affordable in a great location.

2/10

Staff was very unfriendly. The machine in the car park didn’t work, had to walk back up to lobby and sorry it with rude staff. Our keys stop working after day 1 and had to go all way back up to the lobby, not to mention we only got 1 key to start. It was absolutely roasting hot in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s the last available place in London to stay.
4-night trip

6/10

I had initially booked a double room with no window which I was happy with. On check in I was asked if I would be alone that evening and was offered a room swap with a window. This was all done very quickly and the room I ended up with single bed in a room backing onto the lift shaft. The bath looked like it was an after thought and they had nicked a bit of room from next door as it went into an alcove. The over all feel of the room was a 70's guest house. The room I had booked looked modern and fresh, they room I ended up with was dated. Will I be returning to the hotel? No, probably not.

For London, it’s very cheap, and convenient to the DLR and the Tube. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, but there was some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. A lick of pain would get it an extra star.
