We had a basic sea view room which we had asked for. It does however need re furbishing, Dated and mis matched furniture, poor shower, no plug in basin. The room was very hot and the windows were screwed down.

Stayed overnight as we were going to a concert at the Winter Gardens. The imperial is a good old fashioned hotel with decent modern facilities - excellent buffet breakfast - served our purpose. Would stay again

Lovely, helpful staff for all of my visit. Being in a wheelchair and travelling alone can be difficult but the staff here were there to assist with everything. This hotel has a long history and personally I’d rather stay somewhere like this. Would highly recommend
