The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The people in the room next to us were smoking weed though, so the smell was terrible. I will stay here again.

Love the Embassy Suits, The two room layout is very comfortable. The breakfast is the best in the business, full buffet and cook to order eggs, pancakes and omits. I never make happy hour but they even give you free drinks and snacks. This is a great hotel.

Great staff, needs updates

The breakfast and coffee were pretty awful, the games were broken, the pool bathrooms were out of order the entire time. The first room smelled like smoke and had stains all over the carpet. The second room we tried was much better, but still didn't feel super clean. The building is such great place, I hope it gets the update it needs. The staff is absolutely wonderful though and very accommodating.

The hotel is older, a little run down and not the cleanest. Some rooms smell of stale smoke. 2 out of 3 elevators work. Didn’t get to eat the breakfast buffet, the lines were too long. Kids enjoyed the pool, closes at 9pm though.

Very loud and the pool was closed on day 2

We went for the hot tub. Unfortunately, the entire pool area was closed for the second day/night of our stay. We had to change rooms because the people next to us were up and loud until 3am, and we were told WE had to move all of our things quickly. It’s a pretty hotel, but I wouldn’t stay there again on a weekend. Overland Park area was much more our speed.

Condemed property

Cockroaches in the room. Leaky tubs. Dirty carpets. Broken lights in the elevator. The property is on the news listed as being demolished in a few weeks. I woke up at 630am to bulldozer and city tearing the concrete around the property. Remove this property from the listings please.
