Somewhat likely pleasing! I live in the island and hope I still have my favorite flesh colored scarf left behind when I checked out! And when I had bad experience contacting across the island is impossible .Just hope the lodge has lost and found. Overall is accommodation is pleasant and acceptable..

Bathroom is complete with sink and mirror. The toilet works with flush. The shower has cold and heat. Our room is very comfy it is so easy to sleep. The space is just fine. The staff is a bit impolite and not very accommodating or welcoming. Overall the experience is satisfying

Website contact information is not updated. Front desk personnel are not accommodating to client's concerns. They do not relay client's concerns to their supervisor & manager. Also, manager do not reach out to client regarding client's complaints & concerns.

Stayed at an Executive Suit last Feb 9. (-) 1. Chose this hotel coz ammenities mentioned designated smoking area only to find out they dont have one upon check in. 2. No cable TV available! Only one channel and was very static 3. Booked a room with two single beds but was given one queen sized bed. Too tired from travel to go back down and request for two single bed room. 4. Room signage waa confusing. Arrow for the room pointed to the left but the room was located at the right 5. Room wasnt cleaned properly as there were left over shampoo bottles placed behind the heater 6. Bed sheets had a lot of stains. 7. Only given two pillows for two adults and both pillows were very squashed. Had neck pain coz of the nad pillows. ( ) 1. Hotel staff and guards were very friendly 2. Very near terminal, port, restos, convenience stores and grocery 3. Wifi was suprisingly okay. 4. Water heater functioned well. Overall had a lot of things needed to improve on so i cant recommend for now.
