We had a wonderful week at Secret view hotel. We had the private pool room and it was beautiful. Food was delicious in the restaurant, somewhat expensive but large portions so we soon learned to share things. Wine etc is also quite expensive but it’s Santorini and it tends to be. The staff were all very attentive and if you needed anything they were always happy and quick to provide. WONDERFUL views of the sunset from the bar which was the perfect place to have an evening drink. And only 15 minute walk into Oia. Uphill mind you. Overall a great choice for us

The stay was outstanding throughout. Our room was the one with the jacuzzi and sea view. We could watch the sunset every night. The room service brings the dinner to the room after ordering. Dinner was so in togetherness at sunset as well. The cleanliness was great and in the morning and evening we got free water bottles available. The prices are a bit high but the food and the cocktails were indescribably delicious! At the beginning there was a small hotel tour and a super delicious welcome drink. The suitcases were brought to the room and brought back at check-out. A great service. Also the breakfast super delicious was freshly prepared and served as desired. Conclusion: a dream and definitely recommended - we will come back!

Wonderful Hotel

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! They welcomed us in with a fantastic drink. The hotel staff are truly all amazing... they gave us a tour of the hotel, restaurant recommendations, called our tours for us and booked taxis and shuttles. We also wanted to do the hike from Fira to Oia but recommended we delay it beacuse of fog that morning. This is also a great location... you can see the sunset or you can walk into Oia, if you like. The pool and the views are gorgeous. The restaurant is pretty delicious and there are some good restaurants nearby as well.

Was unimpressed with our stay at this hotel, considering the price of it, they didn’t even offer a proper cup of coffee in the mornings at breakfast. Breakfast choices were really limited and small portions. Not a great location, we had to use taxis every night to get into Oia- so keep this in mind when booking. Not impressed and was really disappointed with the services given the prices.

Excellent base for relaxation

Beautiful modern take on traditional Santorini village architecture. Two great pools. Everything immaculately clean. All staff lovely. Exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. The food is excellent although expensive as elsewhere in Santorini. Be prepared to walk uphill to see Foinikia village for fabulous restaurants: Lefkez, MezeMeze and Krinaki, and further walking to Oia. There are no pavements so be aware of traffic. Or hire a car.

Amazing Staff and Facilities

This hotel is a gem! We stayed there for 5 days and the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. I planned a private wedding anniversary dinner for my wife and I, and from the pre-planning to the final execution of a sunset photo shoot with a private photographer to an intimate dinner, the staff at the Secret View Hotel were super attentive and timely throughout all my online communications leading up to our visit; they were there every step of the way ensuring that we would have a memorable experience. The chef was excellent in preparing a personalized menu for my wife to accommodate her dairy and gluten allergies. The roof top set up was beautiful and our server, Demetrius, was excellent! We also treated ourselves to a couples spa--a wonderfully relaxing experience with very professional and highly-trained spa staff. We finished up most of our evenings sitting at the bar, enjoying delicious drinks (you got to try the mojito), and great company and conversation with Harris and Bill (their English names :). The front desk staff is friendly, attentive to their guests' needs, continuously checking in, and going the extra way to ensure that their guests' stays are enjoyable and memorable. Ellen and Alex were super helpful in assisting us with ATV rentals, dinner reservations, and organizing other experiences. Another plus, the location boasts a stunning view of the sunset and it was quiet in the evenings, while only being a 15 min walk away from all the main attractions in Oia.
