This is easily our favourite hotel in the world. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and newly renovated. When they found out it was our 50th wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to a lovely room overlooking the river, with a balcony. Every dish we ate in the restaurants was delicious. A special nod to Anna who took such good care of us on the first evening!

Exceptional, quality, luxury are a few words that come to mind when I think of our time spent here. From the attentive check in, to keeping the kitchen open so we could dine, every one was superbly prepared to do their jobs to a level far superior than other luxury hotels.
