Kids friendly hotel. Near the habour and lots of things to do around this area. Hotel was clean and we had a beautiful view of the tempozan ferries wheel.

Beautiful view of Osaka Bay. The ATC area is a nice place to walk in the morning. Property is near the Chuo line with shuttle bus to Cosmosquare if you don’t feel like taking the tram there. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Food satisfies Japanese, Chinese, and western tastes.

Our suite room doesn’t have sea view as the picture shows. We stayed for 3 nights so very disappointed. Make sure you request to have high floor and sea view. Breakfast is good but not to a 5 star level. Staffs are very friendly though.

Very conveniently located. The Asia Trade Center with lot of dining facilities is 3 minutes walking. Subway also was very close. Nice open location. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend for Tourists Our stay at this hotel didn’t meet expectations. While the room itself was spacious and the Club Lounge offered a pleasant experience, several aspects left us genuinely disappointed: • Service felt very average overall. • Unexpected charges: Guests are required to pay to access the swimming pool and even for drinking water — a first in our travel experience. • In-room dining service was frustrating, with staff struggling to understand basic English, which made placing orders difficult. • Location is far from the city center, making it inconvenient for tourists wanting to explore the sights. This hotel may suit certain travelers, but we’d rate it a solid 3 stars. If you’re visiting as a tourist, we strongly recommend choosing accommodation closer to downtown.

This hotel has the most spaciest rooms of all the hotels I stayed in Japan. The premise is very clean and Eco-oriented. The breakfast buffet is the best. Since the hotel is further away from the Osaka down town, late night room service menu needs to have more options, but this will not diminish my overall rating.

Great hotel with an easily fixable caveat.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for the Osaka Expo, at which I had business to conduct one of the national pavilions. At check-in I received a room upgrade to a much bigger room that was probably the nicest I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The only reason I gave the hotel a 4-star rating overall instead of 5 is the sub-par breakfast. The space is not well designed, making it uncomfortable during peak periods. Moreover, there is not a great variety to choose from, and they tend to run out of things. I could not believe that one morning (rather early on) they had already run out of butter for the rolls and told me they did not have anymore (before 8 a.m.!). There was also no cheese or cold cuts, which is very unusual for a top-notch hotel breakfast buffet, which is quite pricey.

チェックインの際、順番に並んでいて、次が私の番でしたが、何の断りもなくいきなり別のお客さんをスタッフの方が割り込み案内をし、大変驚きました！私が驚いていると、お客さんが私達VIP会員なのでいいですよね！と、、、。VIP会員のカウンターは1番右端にありましたし、もしそうだとしても、先に一言私達に断りを入れるべきだと思い、チェックイン前からとても嫌な思いをしました。また、朝食の際エッグベネットはどう注文すれば良いか分からず、男性スタッフに声をかけましたが、忙しいのか無言でなにも答えてくれず、隣りのオムレツの列に並び、エッグベネディクトを注文すると、それは隣りで注文して下さいと、、、。先ほど声わかけた男性がエッグベネディクトの担当スタッフでした、もう一度エッグベネディクトを注文すると無言で嫌そうに作ってくれました。朝からとても嫌な気分になりました。全てのスタッフが良くない訳ではありませんが、チェックイン、朝食会場、と嫌な対応が続いた為、とても残念なホテルだなと感じました。もちろん良い点もたくさんありました。大阪駅からの無料シャトルバスはとても便利でした。また、持ってきた洗顔料がなくなってしまった際、無料でクレンジング、洗顔料、化粧水などのセットをいただき、とても助かりました。夜中に、子供の体調が悪くなった際、すぐに対応して下さり本当に助かりました。何かあった際、24時間対応して下さるのは本当に心強いです。ありがとうございました。良い点もたくさんありますが、改善点もいくつかあると感じました。

Great hotel and great location near World Expo

Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms and good breakfast buffet. Their omelette was very good! Slow check-in, due to lack to people, but I guess we just arrived in between two shifts. Only business so no chance to try the facilities.

万博会場に近いから宿泊しました。コンシェルジュはじめスタッフは、とりあえず必要なことはこと足りますが、心地よいサービスとまではいきません。繁忙期のアルバイト店員さんのようです。タクシー手配も予約の意味なく毎回不満足でした。また近年都市ホテルでは当然ある館内フリーWifiのサービス情報が無いことに驚きました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは有料で現金で１つ１０００円というシステムも初めてでしたので不親切だと感じました。施設は広いです。

Very expensive and not worth it. The hotel is a large business hotel. We booked thinking we would make use of the pool. There is a charge of 3,000-4,000 yen per person to use the pool in the morning and same for the afternoon afternoon session so if you want to use it all day you have to pay 6000 - 7,000 per person and you are restricted as to when you can use the pool as there is morning session and a separate afternoon session. This really needs to be highlighted before you book as we really wouldnt have bothered. We also booked the buffet meal in the evening as there were not really any other options other than an Italian to be told if we wanted to order a beer or soft drink we had to pay a minimum charge as it was a set menu for drinks rather than being able to order just one or two. The location is also not great - if I had known about the pool charges/timings we would not have bothered staying there and stayed in a hotel closer for sight seeing as this hotel is quite far out from everything worth seeing. Very underwhelmed with this hotel. Would not recommend unless you are on business at the Expo.

This was a beautiful spacious room with a wonderful view. Easy 5 min walk to the train station made exploring the area so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!
