Great value for the price

The place was great for the price, but could use some updating. I choose this hotel for the indoor Pool and attached resteraunt/bar Unfortunatly, the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and the resteraunt was closed on Sundays. Not something that could have been controlled. Would certainly stay there again.

Check with any place your staying to see if the pool is open. They were renovating and access to the room was difficult. The grass was full of holes/ rat dens. The room was par the best thing was the Dove products. The bed hurts like hell!

The property was a little outdated. There aren’t windows in rooms for sunshine, but interior windows to look out into the building. However the room and bathroom were clean, well kept, everything was working, and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable as well. There was access to tv. The front lobby staff were all courteous, friendly and quick to get me checked in. The hotel is 6 minutes drive from Penn State campus and downtown, very convenient. There are also a couple of food establishments and grocery stores about 1 block down from the hotel. It was easy to find, reasonable pricing, and easy parking. I will stay here again.

At first it looked good, but everything was falling apart. The vanity light didn't work. The bathroom light was set on a timer for 15 minutes, so if you took a 16 min shower the lights would turn off and you would have to get out of the shower to turn the timer. The beds were uncomfortable. The best thing was the breakfast and it was tasteless

It was absolutely beautiful, the pool was perfect temperature as was the spa. The rooms are nice, day go find, and prepare with outside entrance. My husband and i live it so much see your a night just go game the is during the day and a night for ourselves when they go ball go their dads for the night. High recommend!!!

OK but won't stay again

Front desk staff was good. Waitstaff wasn't bad. Bartender made a good French martini. Food was meh. Room was a bit dirty - hair on the comforter when I pulled it back, hair in the shower, small blood stains on the comforter, tv didn't work, tub didn't drain well. Good water pressure though.

The hotel was quiet, and the reception staff was efficient. However, I was told breakfast was available until 10 am but when we arrived for breakfast, they had decided to close service at 9:30 am without any prior notice. We were directed to nearby options but of course they were not included in our hotel fee. As there were three of us, it was a hit to our budget.
