My husband and I stayed here with our two children after a long day at Waldameer and Waterworld. We checked in around 9pm on a Saturday and ordered Domino's (which arrived fast). This motel was clean and comfortable. No complaints about the room (we had the 3 queen bed suite). The neighborhood seemed very shady, so I'm glad that we only stayed one night. The front desk staff were marvelous!!!

Good value, great service, outside noise at night

Check in and customer service was great - very fast and friendly. Stayed in the Premium Suite --size was nice (king bed in one room, queen bed in another room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen). Cleanliness was ok, we noticed floors were a bit dirty after kids socks got a bit grey after walking around and we saw some crumbs under the bed covers, but other than that it was fine and we got towel refreshes daily. Biggest downside is the outside noise at night from the occasional emergency vehicle and cars with loud motors, or other guests coming in and out -- the doors didn't seem very sound proof. Overall, it was good value and we had a pleasant stay.

Wife and I came for a little r@r. Used to live in Erie. Hotel was good. Service was outstanding as she forot a hairdryer and staff brought one promply. Still undergoing renovatios in places but our room was good. 2 issues we had was some hair left over in shower corners and couple spots of mold on ceiling. After a quick rinse the shower was fine. Rest of room was clean. If not for that it would be 4 stars across the board. Room is a tad small but comfotable enough. Price was fair.

The staff we interacted with was wonderful. The room was very clean. The beds were comfy. Our only complaint was how noisy it was around that area. A train went through several times an hour all night long and we heard lots of sirens. But that is no fault of the hotel's.
