The price was good. Book directly. Do not use hotels.com. they overcharge. The hotel is in the process of changing brands so some construction. Pool was closed. No shuttle offered to airport as advertised. We could hear people walking upstairs at all hours of the night. Breakfast was adequate for us. Nice desk clerk and breakfast attendant. fairly comfortable and fairly clean. Air worked good to cool room.

The tiny room was in disrepair. Floor tiles taped together to hold in place. Toilet water not shutting off completely after every flush. Curtain slider sticking badly. NO COFFEE in room. NO CHAIR THAT WORKED TO SIT ON!! Several places in halls and in elevator with walls all scratched up from construction crews. Confusion from front desk on my 2 night reservation (they were ready to check me out after one - I had no intention of leaving after only one night.

The hotel is under renovations and the mess is everywhere. Construction dust and noise. The wifi was as slow as could be, breakfast very limited and pool was closed. The front desk tried to help but they really should warn customers about the conditions before selling rooms

Excelente atencion al cliente, comodo, silencioso, el desayuno nos dijeron que era full hot breakfast, no estoy muy de acuerdo en eso porque lo unico que tenia caliente era el huevo revuelto, los waffles y el café. No habia frutas, no avena, por el lado de las condiciones, El elevador estaba muy limpio pero al salir todas las alfombras de los pasillos estaban muy sucias, el toallero del baño estaba un poco suelto junto con el papelero del baño, el foco de la regadera estaba fundido, el piso de plastico en algunas areas se estaba separando, pienso que la persona que esta encargada de mantenimiento solo cobra su cheque y no esta haciendo su trabajo completamente. Teniamos problema para ver la TV e inmediatamente llegó la recepcionista a ayudarnos. Entiendo que uno tiene la calidad por el precio que paga uno. Este hotel compite en precio y esta mucho mejor que los de la Quinta Inn. La palabra lo dice todo Quinta categoria.

Don’t stay here!

The hotel is clearly undergoing renovation. The rooms are in a state of disrepair. We did not get the type of bed for which we had prepaid. The hallways and elevator are dingy. Well, the bedroom itself clearly had some new paint, etc., the floors were in great disrepair and didn’t even look safe. There was a hole in the ceiling. The walls are paper thin. Someone across the hall from us had a dog that was barking at 6 AM, even though supposedly the hotel doesn’t allow dogs! The sheets were a bit stained, and the pillowcases were very pilled. The smell from air freshener was a bit overpowering. We can only conclude that a bunch of fake reviews have been submitted that have given this hotel a decent rating. The waffles for breakfast were OK, however, and the staff were very nice.
