Good hotel when manager present

Good location and nice swimming pool. Nice boutique vibe. Breakfast simple but nice with tasty freshly cooked omelettes. Staff try to be helpful but communication difficult when manager not present. She organised our paragliding, rent a car and hammam. Our transfer from airport to hotel was waiting in departures rather than arrivals so make sure to call the hotel about this before you arrive.

Beautiful hotel, would definitely recommend. Staff are really friendly. Breakfast is great. If you are going to book opt for the penthouse suite with the hot tub, well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay. Slight downside as others have noted is the noise from the bars around the area but this can't be avoided.

Kassandra hotel is one of the best hotels ive stayed in. Beautiful rooms, large terrace with a hot tub. Breakfast is amazing!! And the restaurant food is also amazing. They gave me a special bottle of wine on my birthday and the last night we stayed as a thank you for us choosing the hotel. Pool was quiet overally had a really amazing stay thank you so much! Will definitely be returning!

This was the second time me and my partner stayed at Kassandra. Our first time was so incredible we came back agian and the experience was just as good. Great staff, fantastic pool area with a really chill vibe. The bed was extremely comfortable too. This is a perfect place to stay for couple. I do think the breakfast would be better if there was more options or even and a small buffet to choose from. This is a very minor negative in my opinion. Highly recommend this hotel, thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine too on arrival this was a very kind gesture.

Absolute pleasure staying at this wonderful hotel! All the staff from the reception the food servers and to the house keeping were truly helpful, friendly and professional! Breakfast options are good although they dont always put what they have on menu so you should ask. The yoghurt with fruit bowl was yummy, big portion. Whenever we would walk past reception the young girl there would always greet us with the biggest smile. Such a cutie :) I would recommend this place to all who is looking to stay in Ölüdeniz. What neither Expedia or Kassandra Hotel mention in their details is that this hotel is situated opposite, behind and next to bars that from early evening until the early hour play thumping music - clearly an issue if you want to get an early night and clearly something they are aware of as their are earplugs in the room - its was not a restful holiday there are limited beds and umbrellas around the pool - one bar was out of action - the food was inconsistant and average at best - Staff were friendly but in effectual, the manager is Charmless and rude. The sheets on the beds were rough and ill fitting - the wifi is terrible and logs you out every time you leave your room. Spent most of my time trying to find ways to escape. This was not a place for us but is for many people, the issue for me is that I feel I was mis lead as the details of the hotel do not mention the town and the hotels location.

We had a wonderful stay at Kassandra Boutique. It's a beautiful hotel, they have kept the greek theme from hotel rooms to outdoor area which makes it standout compared to other hotels nearby. It's an instagrammable hotel. The dining staff and reception staff are very helpful. Breakfast options are a Turkish breakfast or English breakfast. The English breakfast is not halal as it has pork bacon but the pancakes are halal so you can have a mix. The Turkish breakfast is the best, there's a variety of foods, juices and also tea and coffee. They provide water daily, clean daily including new towels and clean bedsheets. They provide toiletries too and also charger adaptors. You also get beach towels for the pool and beach nearby with a Kassandra Boutique bag. They receptionists can advise on what buses to catch and activities you can take park in nearby. Only negative is the music at night, which is not the hotels fault. There is a club opposite the hotel and they play very loud music till 12am and sometimes 1am at night. This has disrupted our sleep and maybe soundproof doors will help for future stays. They provide ear plugs however it's not enough and then you can't hear your alarm. The hotel did their best to make their guests comfortable. We requested an accessible room for someone with mobility issues, and they were able to provide this. I would recommend Kassandra Boutique to others.
