Great little hotel!

Its a great little hotel in a great location. Breakfast was excellent and the ladys running it are so nice. Dont compare 3 stars in north America to Europe, they are different standards. These are not negatives but just for reference, no fridge, no safe, small bathroom. You need to pay attention to email instructions for check in and you will be fine.

The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. I never saw anyone else. But the main issue is that the hotel rooms are not airconditioned, neither are there fans. in 37 degrees this made things uncomfortable, to say the least. Opening the windows let in more hot air!

Affordable Hotel, Clean, Friendly Personnel

This hotel is as stated in the title. Nothing fancy. Rooms are very adequate for two. Beds are very comfortable. A very good bathroom with standup shower. The Hotels.com picture is what you actually see upon entering the room. There is an adequate shelf and clothes hanging area. Office, cleaning and breakfast personnel are very attentive to your need. Office is closed from midnight to 06:00. Noise between rooms and hallways are are generally quiet, as long you do not get someone in room next to you playing TV too loud. Bottom floor has door leading to outside patios. Parking garage available. Recommend purchasing the Breakfast. Very nice setting. It has a very good selection of meats, cheeses, fruits. wet/dry cereals and multiple hot/cold beverages, 07:00-11:00! The only minor drawback to this hotel may be its location on a hill for the steep walk up and down for the elderly seeking the city restaurants and transportation lines. REWE grocery store and bakery is close by past the circle.

Terrible Experience - Stay Away! I had the worst experience of my life at Hotel Abalon in Stuttgart some weeks ago. The hotel is far from the city center, which made everything inconvenient. But what made it truly unbearable was the staff's behavior. They were incredibly rude and made me wait for over an hour under 35-degree sun because they claimed no rooms were available at 4 p.m. When I finally got my room, it was filthy. I found dirt and grime in the bathroom. But the worst part? The bedsheets had stains and small insects crawling on them. I went immediately to complain, but the arrogant reception staff did absolutely nothing to help. Of course I couldn’t tolerate staying there any longer, so I left the hotel with my mother and needed to pay for a second hotel as the staff of course didn't do anything about my complaint. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in all of Europe. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Es gibt eine (kostenpflichtige) Parkgarage, die allerdings recht eng ist. Das Frühstück war gut, aber einfach gehalten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit einem relativ kleinen Fernseher. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
