Was nobody in the front desk when we arrived, they didn’t know about my reservation, room key didn’t work, have to wait for another room, no rollaway as requested, one towel in the bathroom (we were 5), leaking ac, wet carpet, moldy smell, roaches. There was mold in the property, the keys didn’t work so we had to wait for maintenance to let us in in 95 degree weather and I’m pregnant. Rooms smelled of cigarette and marijuana, walls and doors were dirty, there was trash in the floor and could not get hand towels the front there was no soap lotion shampoo conditioner at the sink and in shower. Room had to be disinfected before sitting breathing in it.

No one was at the front desk to check me in had to wait over 10min to get check-in. Once I get to my room my room key DID NOT work at ALL. Had to go back to the front office, she rekeyed the card and came with me to see if the key would work. But no luck with the key. The lady at the front desk said she would bring me back my card in a few min. Well she did not. If the keys are not working why rent the rooms OUT.

We didn't like anything about the property. Not well represented by website photos. Very old with dirty carpet, mold in bathroom, toilet leaking onto floor, and door would not seal (could see daylight next to door jam). My wife put towels on the floor to cover the stains.

Absolutely horrible. Key and computer system so old the clerk could not program a key for the room I reserved. We set off on a 45 minutes long tour of the place while she tried key after key in room after room. Once she finally did get one to open she couldn't give me my own key to the place. Room was a biological disaster. Stains. No smoke detector. We ran away and now await Expedia to get me a refund. will also be calling Jacksonville fire department to report the fire trap.
