Pretty and spacious room. Very clean. Liked that there was a recycling receptical in our room. Liked the sink apart from the toilet for two people getting ready. The only complaint we have is that when we left the parking lot we were not told we needed the room key to exit. I had to go back and get the key after checking out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel was very clean and nice. Unfortunately we were in a room on the corner, next to a staff hallway. They let the firedoor to the staff area slam repeatedly between 11pm and 2am . We finally gave up trying to sleep after being shook awake so many times, and headed to the airport.

I booked this hotel for a concert trip at Allstate Arena, we were there to see J-Hope. When we walked in, we were amazed at how nice this was. I typically don’t leave reviews but felt the need to this time. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome, and they even had a starbucks. Each room was nice and clean, and the beds were super comfortable, especially with my sciatic pain. Will definitely stay at future Sheratons!
