Negativ: App, die anbietet, man könne sich mit Wünschen an das Hotel wenden. 2mal versucht eine Reservierung für ein Restaurant zu machen hat nicht funktioniert. Und Sauberkeitsproblem in den Gängen, dreckige Türen im unteren Bereich, versiffte Teppiche.
