They claim to have room service, but in reality, you have to go to the reception, pay there, and then carry your order to your own room! The hotel is extremely old and falling apart. The carpets are filthy, and there are yellow stains inside the bathtub. The curtains are dusty, and the staff are incredibly rude. After parking our car at night, we tried to enter through the hotel’s private parking gate, but no one opened the door—completely irresponsible. The room was freezing cold; when we asked for heating, they mockingly offered to bring us a small electric heater. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel—I truly regret staying here.

DO NOT STAY! They claim to be a 4* but this is the worst one I have ever stayed in. Firstly I requested an iron on the first day and didn't get one until the day I checked out. I asked them multiple times for one. Then I messaged them n their chat and they wouldn't get back to me on the issue I had with the AC. and then finally they had windows cleaners being loud outside my room on a Sunday at 7am. I asked the staff about this one specially and they were so rude to me. I have since emailed the manager and he hasn't had the decency to reply. I urge you pay more a stay somewhere else

Ok hotel spacious rooms. Good size bathhroom with walk in shower. View of immediate buildings or walls from room window not so great. Carpet was not clean and had a smell. Bed comfortable and good size. Busy check in area as in same area as bar so for logistical not well located in hotel. Location of hotel reasonable - taxis can take some time to arrive. Good breakfast buffet selection in spacious dining area. Overall good

Good value and great breakfast

The hotel is easy to find, being on a main street and has a big public car park next door. This seemed very secure and I had no problems leaving the car overnight. Check in was efficient and my room was on the 5th floor. I liked that there were actually stairs as an option, rather than having to rely on lifts. The room was quite noisy, being on a main street but was a good size and had everything I needed. Sadly I didn't find the heater controls behind the net curtains until the morning I left so it was a very eco friendly and chilly night! The internet speed was very slow with lots of buffering and drop outs while streaming. Breakfast was fabulous with a wide choice of food and a really good buffet. Good value stay.

Nice hotel but not great for sleeping.

Nice trendy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I had two issues: 1. The bed was not comfortable 2. My room was on the side facing the road which was noisy and woke me up a few times.
