Great location to get into DC easily. Parking in garage was simple. Would consider staying here again if I return to area. The facility is under a renovation right now. I will add the new bar stools are for looks and not comfortable. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood.

Really simple check-in. Did have to pay a bit over $40 a night for parking but they will add that into your final charges, and the pass activates the exit so you can come and go as needed. We went to visit D.C. and once we got a hang of how the lanes work, the trip over was simple. Some small restaurants nearby and fast food, convenient mart. Overall, ideal location and very friendly staff.

Initial parking was frustrating as I got lost in the underground walking path and ended up at another hotel that didn't have my room, but then I was able to figure out where the entrance that was under construction was located, and that the key card could be used to open the sliding door.

It was a long mind for checking in. I was trying to check in for two hours and then top of that I was charged like $45 or more when I looked at the website he says 100 and something but when I go and look they use my $45 credit that I have from you guys so I’m not too happy about that.

The roads in the area around the hotel in Crystal City are heavily under construction so it was tricky finding the entrance into the hotel through their garage. And, the hotel is also under construction so it was a little hectic getting through the hotel. But, once inside, the staff went out of their way to give as much eonderful customer service as possible. I would have liked more lights in our room, but it was comfortable.

From the beginning after we reserved 2 rooms and paid for 2 they didn't do it the right way we were told only one room even though we reserved for 2 and paid for 2 rooms finally after we waited so long they fixed it and when we went to open the room card anabel to open waited twice to get the right card to open the door, all the card didn't work finally they changed the room gave us another room, they took to much time .

I was never able to get someone to answer the phone at the front desk. My flight was delayed and I couldn't checkin after midnight so I had to get a room at a nother hotel. Do not recommend this place at all. Wish I could get a refund. $180 down the drain.
