Great location at reasonable price

Family of 4 (two adults, two children) stayed during a weekend trip. Room space was enough for 4 people, location of the hotel was perfect (in front of a lake, walking distance to Central Station), room very clean (except for a bit of mould on the bathroom silicone, room 624), delicious breakfast. We used the pool which was more to the cold side (but still ok to get in and made the children happy), and quickly used the sauna. I recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again if needed.

Huone ja palvelu oli jees. Lauantain aamupalakokemus ei niinkään. Kaikki pöydät likaisia edellisten asiakkaiden jäljiltä, vain yksi ihminen siivoamassa niitä todella hitaalla tahdilla. Aamupaloista puuttui todella iso osa tuotteita eikä kaikkia saatu enää vaikka kello oli n 10.30 ja aamupala-aikaa hyvin jäljellä. Yksi ihminen niitä täyttämässä ja vissiin yksi ihminen vain keittiössäkin. Kysyttiin ystävällisesti lisää ruokaa, tuotiin suoraan pöytään järkyttävän iso annos töykeällä olemuksella, ihan kuin se olisi ollut meidän vika ettei kaikille riitä kaikkea. Sunnuntaina kaikki toimi aamupalalla kuten pitikin, henkilöstöä oli enemmän, ruokaa riitti kaikille ja henkilöstö oli mukavia ja asiallisia. Eli hienosti korjattu edellispäivästä.
