The service of the staff was excellent. They were all helpful and took care of any need you had, definitely the highlight of the stay. However, there was an earring left behind on the floor and a bit of mold on the shower ceiling that soured the experience. The bed is also a bit stiff.

The room was lovely facing the garden. As usual the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only down side is the location. Great stay in a perfect location. They had a shuttle that ran free daily to a local train station which helps get around. The staff is great. The hotel room seemed a bit outdated but nothing out of this world. We traveled as a family of 3.
