Foram dias agradaveis, com o spa ajudou muito a relaxar. Boa localizacao. Tivemos problema no envio das malas, recebemos uma orientaรงรฃo do funcionaria e no dia do envio precisava de um endereco do Japao, nao conseguimos enviar.

Great hotel in a very nice location in central Yokohama, walking distance to many areas. Check in was fast using kiosk, rooms are ready at 3pm, no earlier. The rooms are very small but well equipped with everything. The spa or onsen is very nice, a reason to stay here. The breakfast is amazing, so many wonderful things to eat, western & Japanese. Would recommend highly.
