6/10 Good

The stay was okay. The motel needs an upgrade, but is otherwise pretty good.

Room was clean and convenient location to the east entrance to yellowstone park. No frills room and little pricey. Restaurant attached to the hotel not worth trying.

The guy at the lobby was the nicest. A super cute hotel in a charming town. Loved this place. Very close to the National Park

Very old and low-end, but clean and basically tolerable. Really needs a new mattress, but the pillows were good.

I hadn't been there in awhile because last time I was there it was not very clean or welcoming. This time, we were greated right away, the rooms were updated and it was very clean.

Mice in the ceiling

Mice in the ceiling. Room 204. They crawl around all night.
David, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The service was great. The hotel is well maintained and serviced. It is an old building in a small mountain town. I thought it was great for what it is. No cell service in the town.
Thomas, 1-night trip

The property was located extremely close to the entrance of Yellowstone, staff was friendly and helpful
Trina, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This room was just a few minutes away from Yellowstone. The staff was very friendly and told us a lot about the little town. He even showed us pictures of the winter before and the snowfall that they get. We walked all over town and loved it. There is a very nice gift shop across the street. We stayed in the family room with 3 queen beds to accommodate our family of 6, which worked out great. The shower was amazing, it was big enough for 10 people. I haven't ever seen this nice of a shower in a motel before. We would definitely stay here again!

Dingy

The place is very dingy dirty feeling, no service from the staff to speak of, no elevator…

Disappointment

We spent one night here, think there were literally 3 people working the entire place. No one at the front desk for check in. A phone there with a number to call for assistance but no one answers. Part of the reason for staying here was the bar and restaurant on site- both were closed. Room was very clean when we did get checked in. Bath towels were very thin, several light bulbs burned out, sink drain was plugged. No coffee pots in the room. Thin blankets on the bed. Definitely not worth the price. This place was probably awesome in its prime but that isn't the case anymore.
Wendy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and our room was comfortable and clean.
Linette, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worse motel ever

Bed linens had bugs & hairs on bottom sheet & both sheets were stained on all beds. 1Room had a broken window pane & there were papers/receipts left from a previous guest. The mattress on one of the beds had a large “sunken hole”. The phone in the room & the pay phones in the hall had no dial tone. No working smoke detectors were in the rooms. There were exposed wires in the light fixture outside 1 room; and did not see any sprinklers. Also there was an open pipe in the ceiling of the shower. At 9:45pm there was no employee available to get clean linens or offer any assistance. The worse motel/hotel I have ever stayed in and the most expensive.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

No AC it was 90 degrees upon check in! And we just had to sweat while carrying all our luggage as well as all our elderly parents luggage etc up the stairs to the second floor because there is no elevator and we asked for a bottom floor room because 3 of 4 are seniors citizens with disabilities but they claimed nothing was vacant on bottom floor although we saw no one else on the premises or parking lot. no microwave, no coffee maker, sheets were not washed! UNACCEPTABLE!
Angela, 1-night trip

Fantastic staff and super clean facilities, as well as a nice restaurant with the best homemade fries.
