The place is presented as newly renovated. On the outside its most certainly not. There were no hand rails on the outside stairs, making it very hard for me to enter and exit. I had the help from a friend for the first no nights, but asked for a refund for the remaining nights. I mean: who doesn't put up hand rails on a renovated hotel. I was denied a refund

The room was cold and noisy. Windows were poor. No heating on until we called the owner to put it on. It was freezing. All the corridors smelt of smoke. I woke feeling like id become a smoker. Terrible place. Wont stay again. Over priced.

it was good for what we needed, somewhere to stay when our concert had finished; on the other hand, we found a dead flea in our bed, the noise of the other people in the hotel kept us up all night slamming their doors. the lady who gave us our keys was lovely. i’d usually stay in a travelodge or a premier in however we needed something close to the stadium.
