A wonderful modern hotel with a great breakfast on the top floor with a glorious view of Hohendalzburg. Location at the Hauptbahnhof was perfect for us as we used the trains and buses a lot. Of course being in this area does not bring the best aesthetics when you walk outside, but I still rate the experience 5 Stars.

Property is close to train station and public transport was excellent. Overall it was not the most beautiful area of Salzburg. If you are looking for a charming visit to Salzburg reminding you of Sound of Music then this hotel is probably not for you. However, if you want a bar with a beautiful view of the city then this may be a great fit.

Nice hotel, weird service

Hotel is great, with amazing views, great breakfast, good beds, very convenient location. The bathroom bin was not cleaned from previous guests and also room could have been cleaner. Receptionists seemed very stressed, we've seen few unpleasant encounters with other guests too. We extended our stay extra one night, paid cash to have a quick check out next day to catch the train, and would receive the invoice upon check-out. To our surprise the check-out receptionist next day told us there was no record of our payment from the previous day, she delayed us, had to check with other receptionists where are the missing money, and stressed us greatly, which was rather a bitter end to our lovely stay.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the Salzburg train station. It takes 15 to 20mins to walk to the Old Town. The hotel room is quiet despite located above the train station. Room is equipped minimally but adequately. If you need a kettle, do request it from the front desk. Only glasses were provided. Would be better if some cups and tea spoons are provided too.

レセプショニストが無愛想で不親切。朝食に関する説明も何もなかったのであとでわざわざ訊きに行かなければなりませんでした。また付くはずの特典もつかず、滞在のスタートからあまり気分のいい状況ではありませんでした。朝食会場は眺めも良くてスタッフも丁寧で親切だったので、レセプショニストの対応だけがとても残念でした。

Hotel is correct

The hotel is correct. The parking in the middle of the street is a bit hard to access. The wall in the bathroom was dirty. The safe in the room is really smal, a tablet cannot enter in it. The hotel is a bit far from the center but easy to reach by bus ot by walk (30-40 minutes). The downtown is great.
