"We weren’t given a key to our room so it did not feel secure. The sliding glass door did not close properly so the room was hot. The room had several large lizards inside. This is experienced travels or locals only. Hotel did not reply to my messages before arriving. "

on check-in they tried putting us in a different unit from the ones we booked and have to go back and forth with the screenshots from expedia which is ridiculous. i would never come back or recommend it to my friends. "

"The lady had no idea i was coming. I had to show her the receipt from Expedia to prove i booked a room. Breakfast came from her personal fridge so her options were all over the place.
