We had a small issue with the booking but it was resolved in a very forthcoming and friendly manner leaving us also very satisfied. Breakfast in the restaurant was also really excellent! "Peaceful Family Stay in Nature
We really enjoyed our stay at EuroParcs Ruinen as a family of three (two adults and one child). The park is quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a peaceful break from city life. Our accommodation was modern and comfortable, with very good internet, which was a nice surprise in such a natural setting.
The staff was friendly, and everything was easy to navigate. One thing that was a bit unusual (but good to know in advance) — towels and toiletries aren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. That said, once we were settled in, everything felt cozy and relaxed.
A great place to unwind, explore the outdoors, and enjoy quality family time. We would happily return!
