"A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! "Le Preskill island resort is nestled by a crystal-clear lagoon on the south east coast of Mauritius. What I liked most about the hotel is the stunning sea view, mountain, additional facilities, restaurant, and the overall atmosphere. The hotel's customer service is truly exceptional. The staff ( Alain, Mackline, Shenaz, Deepak, Ravi Sankonah, Ravi Teelwah, Chrisna, Anand, Pravin, Cindy ) were great, very welcoming and helpful. The food was terrific. The restaurant serves Mediterranean, local, Asian, and European cuisines. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and the amenities were top-notch, with friendly staff, so I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"We travelled from Australia and stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mauritius, let me tell you hands down this is one of the best hotels I have been to with breathtaking sea views, private beach, beautifully unique designed hotel and best five star in class service. "Absolutely beautiful jungle like lication of small property in the grounds of a stunning Chateau , that edges the Heritage golf course. The room was huge, with a comfortable bed and lush pillows. Bathroom lovely, huge shower. We took a walk around the grounds of the chateau, which was so swrene and beautiful. There was a member of staff from the hotel, who was making fishing rods from bamboo. He gave one to. Restaurant on site, mid range pricee and food. Staff lovely. Look out for the giant snails with the pretty shells and the frogs on the little paths at night! A magical place. Beautiful onsite pool too. Ample free parki g. We would stay again. Beautiful service and fab A/C in room too.me and zi caught a huge fish!. "
