There was a communication difficulty, but she showed me that the AC worked by inserting a laminated piece of cardboard into a slot on the wall. "I stayed here with my family. We have two young daughters and everybody enjoyed their stay. I found the hotel to be an excellent location on the island close to many amenities but quiet and off to the side at the same time.
The staff that worked at the hotel, were all very, very kind and super helpful. Suzie, who works at the front desk even offered to drive us from the hotel to the ferry taxi so we could catch our cruise which I thought was a very nice gesture.
