"Not the apartment shown by hotels.com. Very noisy , air con also very ñoisy. One toilet didnt flush. Stairs had a permanent leak when entering which is dangerous. Been staying with ST Group in Malta for many years and always happy. Not this time."

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay. I would certainly recommend this to anyone and will plan to stay here again. The general manager took time to chat with guests at breakfast to ensure any issues could be resolved. "

"The most disappointing part was the photo that Hotels.com used as the main photo was of a pool area that was separate to the hotel and you had to pay to use. I booked the hotel based on the look of the pool. The hotel description confirms there is a roof top pool, that is adequate, but not as luxurious as the one on the main photo. It cost us €120 as a family of four to go to the nice pool for a day (would have been €150 if we went on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday).

"Lovely room, and super well located. Easy walk to the Main Street / water. Beds were comfortable. I found it a bit warm in the room, the ac is controlled centrally, so was unable to adjust, but got a breeze through the patio door. Would stay again! I suggested Credit card they said not possible, another currency which I have on hand they said not possible either. Nowadays is less and less of us with cash, and since I travel frequently to so many countries is not even possible for me have cash in so many currencies. So...

"A stunning hotel in the centre of Valletta. The staff were so wonderful and inviting from the moment I arrived. I was fortunate as arrived at 11am and my room was ready. The rooms, hotel facilities including swimming pool were perfect.
The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options.
Location is also perfect and Valletta is walkable - it was just a short taxi ride to other locations in the south of the island.
