"I have stayed here before and would not hesitate to stay here again. A great place to stay at with beautiful views of the city. Make sure to get a room with a balcony facing the street called Paseo de la Reforma, it's very well worth it. Or you could go to the rooftop for amazing views of the city. And they have a car garage if you need one."

The check in/out process was quick. The airport shuttle gets full really quick, so I opted for an Uber instead, but if you want to take advantage of it, be at the lobby with plenty of anticipation."
